About Us
Sasha Kramer is the salon owner and hairstylist of The Nest since 2020. She specializes in "lived in" and texturized haircuts. Her clients are artists, entertainers, and everyone in between. Sasha completed her studies at the Aveda Institute in Portland, Oregon in 2014 and has trained with some of the best in the industry including Anh Co Tran and Kristen Shaw. With over 10 years of experience, her creative and artistic sense give her an eye for sculpting a range of haircut shapes that compliment her clients facial features and lifestyle. Sasha places high value on listening to her clients and understanding their needs.
We've partnered with Aveda to change the way you nourish your hair. Aveda designs high-performance products with natural chemistry that helps reduce or eliminate waste and focuses on human health and the environment. The finishing touch of every Aveda product is a naturally derived plant and flower essence created by perfumers in our aroma lab.

At Birds Nest Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hair Salon. Scheduling An Appointment
Book your appointment by following the link at the top of the page. Text the salon with questions. 310-455-2266. Out of consideration for our salon professionals, Birds Nest does require 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of a service.
Redo and Adjustment Policy
We know that your hair is important to you, and we want you to be happy from the moment you step inside our salon until the moment you leave. As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave Birds Nest feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long-lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life!
Birds Nest does not issue refunds on services.
No color service is guaranteed if you have box color present in your hair.
Color Correction services are not eligible for a Redo or Adjustment.
If you are unsatisfied with the requested outcome of service, we are happy to make adjustments to fix what was in line with the original consultation within 14 days of your service.
Adjustments are scheduled with your original stylist.
Adjustments are free of charge, to fix only what is wrong, it does not include a full service or a different service.
Redo is void if you try to fix yourself or have the service fixed by another salon.
Health Issues
We ask that you advise us of any illness, injury, or changes to your health status prior to any treatments, to ensure your needs can be met and to be sure our treatments do not in any way interfere with any medical issues you may have.
Right to Refuse Service
A positive environment at Birds Nest Salon is our top priority. While we would like to accommodate all clients, we will not tolerate rude, or disrespectful behavior from our clients to any staff member or fellow clients. Clients behaving negatively or rudely will be asked to leave and not return.
